The Green Key Global Vendor Program is an annual fee-based program. The renewal occurs on the annual anniversary.
The Green Key Global Vendor Program has two tiers. The entry tier known as the Approved Vendors has an annual fee of $500. The higher tier is known as Preferred Vendor has an annual fee of $2,000.
Yes. Vendors from anywhere in the world are welcome, provided they can serve hotel clients across North America.
Green Key Global has a special promotional fee structure for existing AHLA and HC partners in good standing. Allied and Premium Partners of AHLA and Affiliate Partners of HC can have their registration fee adjusted with no cost to them and they can enjoy $500 discount for their Preferred registering.
Most applications are reviewed within 2–4 business days, with complete onboarding typically taking one to two weeks.
No. The Vendor Program is not a certification or verification program. Green Key Global does not certify or endorse participating vendors. It is simply a curated network connecting sustainable solution providers with hotels.
The program is not designed as a lead-generation or referral service. Instead, it provides opportunities to increase awareness and connect with a highly targeted hospitality audience.
Yes, you can switch tiers at any time. But note that if you’re upgrading to a higher tier, you’ll pay the balance fee and your renewal date stays the same as when you first registered. If you’re moving to a lower tier, no refund is issued for the fee difference, and your renewal date remains unchanged.
