By submitting an offer for inclusion in the Green Key Global (“GKG”) Members Area, the vendor agrees to the following:
Accuracy & Ownership
- The vendor is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of the offer details, including pricing, terms, and availability
- The vendor represents and warrants they have the right and authority to provide the products/services being promoted.
Intellectual Property
- The vendor represents and warrants that all content, images, trademarks and materials submitted are owned by the vendor. The vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless GKG from any claims of intellectual property infringement arising from submitted content.
Liability & Indemnification
- Vendors acknowledge GKG does not endorse or guarantee any vendor products or services
- Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless GKG, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from their offers, products, or services
Member Experience
- Vendors are responsible for fulfilling offers as stated. GKG is not responsible for disputes between vendors and members
- Vendors must notify GKG immediately if an offer changes or becomes unavailable
Compliance
- Vendors agree their offers will comply with all applicable laws, industry standards, and fair marketing practices
- Vendors may not misrepresent their relationship with GKG (e.g., positioning themselves as exclusive or certified partners unless explicitly contracted)
Removal of Offers
- GKG reserves the right to decline, edit, or remove any vendor offer at its discretion, without prior notice, if deemed misleading, inappropriate, or inconsistent with our mission
