- improve the image of hoteliers in their communities, and
- reduce rivalry in the hotel industry and establish common policies on staffing including training, hours of work and security.
Today, AH&LA members own and operate properties and supply to the tourism & hospitality industry. Through the AHLA, our members benefit from programs & services that meet the unique needs of the hospitality industry and the ability to influence government on issues that affect their businesses.
